 Registration fees for delegates include

NB: All attendees of the congress should be aware that photographs will be taken by our team during the course, which might be used on our website, and/or printed media.

 Member registration 

Reduced member registration is available to all active ESPR and SFR members in good standing and all active SFIPP members with 2 years old membership.
Proof of current membership must be provided at the time of registration.

 Associate registration (radiotechnologist/radiographer/sonographer/nurse) 

Registration categorised as radiotechnologist/radiographer/sonographer/nurse is limited in general to radiotechnologists, radiographers, sonographers and nurses without any academic title.

Radiotechnologists, radiographers, sonographers and nurses have to send or email a letter to clefrancois@divine-id.com, written on official hospital letter paper and signed by the head of department, confirming their status as such within 5 working days after completed online registration.

In case this confirmation is not received, the registration fee will automatically be adjusted to a regular fee.

 Resident registration 

Reduced resident registration will be offered to residents.
Residents have to send or email a letter, written on official hospital letter paper and signed by the head of department, confirming their status as such within 5 working days.

 Target audience 

All physicians, fellows in training, medical students, radiologists, imaging specialists, radiographers, all specialists interested in imaging.

 Group registration 

For any group reservation, please contact Caroline Lefrançois (payment to be made before March 31^st)

 Cancellation & refunds 

divine [id] must be notified of any cancellations in writing.

• Cancellation before March 31^st : refund less 10% (administrative charge).
• Cancellation from April 1^st : no refund will be given. Name changes are requested before May 20.
• After May 20, no name changes will be accepted.
• No-Shows at the congress will be charged the full fee.
• Refunds will be processed until end of July 2022.

NB: This cancellation policy is not applicable for Group/Sponsor reservations (please contact Lisa Cholet for more information: lcholet@divine-id.com).

Admission to all scientific events & exhibition hall require a nominative badge.
